SRX24436831: WGS Anabrus simplex (Mormon cricket) Colorado adult female, HiC

Design: Tissue was crosslinked using the Arima HiC low input protocol, and proximity ligation was performed using Arimas HiC Kit. After proximity ligation, the DNA was sheared using a Diagenode Bioruptor and then size-selected to enrich for DNA fragments of 200-600bp. An Illumina library was prepared from the sheared and size-selected DNA using the Swift Accel NGS 2S Plus kit. The final Illumina HiC library was sequenced on a NovaSeq 6000.
